Q1 - WHAT'S YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSE TIME?
I usually respond to inquiries within 48 hours during my office hours.

Q2 - HOW LONG DO PROJECTS TAKE?
Each project's timeline depends on the scope of the chosen design package. For timeline estimates, please refer to my branding package details on the services page.

Q3 - HOW MANY REVISIONS ARE INCLUDED?
I typically give up to 2 revisions for each step of the process. Additional revisions will be charged at my hourly rate, which is detailed in my design proposals.

Q4 - CAN I HAVE A LOGO ONLY?
In my previous experience, I've found that providing just a logo design gives my clients an incomplete brand identity. When I provide a logo design with custom brand colors and chosen fonts, clients are able to have a basic yet cohesive brand identity that they can continue building their business upon.

Q5 - IS SQUARESPACE THE ONLY WEBSITE PLATFORM YOU OFFER?
At the current moment, yes it is. I chose Squarespace for it's all-in-one system (hosting and web design together on one platform), numerous customization options (over 60 templates and the ability to use custom CSS), and user-friendly interface (great for client-led website maintenance).

Q6 - HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
To secure your project spot, a 50% non-refundable deposit is paid. The remaining half is due at the end of the project, prior to the release of all final files.

(For The Ultimate Package, the payment is divided as a 50% non-refundable deposit and two 25% final payments.)

Q7 - HOW SOON CAN I BOOK A PROJECT?
